Conclusions
This was an interesting experience that allowed me to gain a complete understanding of complex information structures, as well as participate in research, testing, and constant iterations aimed at improving the interface. I decided to put myself in the users' shoes to make myself think beyond the existing information. This project also taught me the complexity of developing new products that require a high degree of commitment. Only after we spend time understanding the user's thoughts and feelings can we effectively support them in these processes
